Shaolin Gongfu City is a new Martial Arts school which provides excellent Martial Arts tuition to students who wish to learn genuine Shaolin Gongfu. The school headquarters are located in Walthamstow, with branches all over East London. After 3 years' effort, Shaolin Gongfu City has developed into a comprehensive Martial Arts school with some 600 students.

The school operates within a set teaching structure, and with appropriate management of the students' training. Those students who are more advanced in their training can practice Gongfu every day, whilst students at the beginning stages can enter into training at their will under the close supervision of masters who will aid and support them in their development.

The school runs distinct classes for the various aspects of Shaolin training such as taiji, Qigong, Gongfu, Sanshou and Forms & Weapons. The school places much importance on students' needs, aims and ambitions. Working with the masters, students can identify and pursue the different skills according to their individual requirements. Taiji and Qigong, for example, can help older people to build up their health without entering into vigorous exercise; Gongfu is suitable for all ages, and can help prepare those wishing to defend themselves on the streets; Sanshou is very useful when you need to defend yourself and is also the route for anyone wanting a professional sporting career; Forms & Weapons are required for students who wish to perform on the stage - for every requirement, there is a suitable class. For 3 years, Shaolin Gongfu City has cultivated some excellent Martial Arts personnel. Quite a few students have become the backbone in the police department, other security departments, and also masters in other Martial Arts schools.

Up to now, Shaolin Gongfu city has accepted a large number of interviews from newspapers and TV stations. Among them, there are BBC radio station and BBC TV channel. The Shaolin Gongfu City Performance team has done many performances for all sorts of occasions, including Asian Culture Festival and Hong Kong Horse Racing festival.
